About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and hands-on Head of IT to reputed company our engineering organization. In this role, you will take ownership of our Frontend, Backend and QA functions: driving technical reputed company, delivery reliability, and team reputed company across our full product suite. Your Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

• Drive technical decision-making on tooling, frameworks, and infrastructure, balancing innovation with stability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with product management and design to translate the product roadmap into technical execution.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• You are as much skilled in engineering as you are in leadership – preferably in international environments

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in an engineering leadership role (Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, CTO, or similar).
• Strong hands-on background in backend development with C# / .NET and solid understanding of modern frontend development, ideally with Flutter.
• Proven experience designing and operating reputed company infrastructure on AWS; familiarity with Vercel is a plus.

• Experience establishing and scaling Agile delivery processes and QA practices.
