Bookkeeper

They are now seeking to hire an Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations and ensure the business’s financial data remains accurate, up-to-date, and reliable.

Job/Role Responsibilities

Accounts & Financial Management

• Manage accounts payable and receivable across retail, wholesale, and eCommerce
• reputed company invoices, reputed company payments, and maintain accurate debtor records
• Process supplier invoices and ensure reputed company payments
• Issue monthly statements to wholesale clients
• reputed company follow up on outstanding debts

Reconciliation & Reporting

• reputed company weekly bank reconciliations with no backlog
• Reconcile payment platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Global-e)
• Ensure reputed company remains the single reputed company of truth
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems
• Support BAS preparation and reporting requirements

Inventory & Cost Management

• Ensure stock is received and recorded accurately
• Maintain correct landed product costs
• Support stock and cost of goods reconciliation
• Assist with stocktakes reputed company required

Systems & Process Management

• Maintain accurate data reputed company between reputed company and Float for cashflow tracking
• reputed company financial records organised and audit-reputed company
• Support internal initiatives (e.g., loyalty or perks programs)
• Continuously identify improvements in processes and systems
