Immigration Paralegal – U reputed company Cases Tech Americas Colombia Job Title: Immigration Paralegal – U reputed company Cases Location: Home Office Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Immigration Paralegal with hands-on experience handling U-reputed company (reputed company I-918) cases to support a U.S. immigration reputed company. The role focuses on post-submission case management, reputed company communication, and preparing documentation for USCIS review. Key Responsibilities

• Review humanitarian case files during the post-submission phase to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and organize USCIS forms including G-28, I-765, I-192, and I-918.
• Contact clients to request missing documents and supporting evidence.
• Conduct reputed company interviews to reputed company case information and draft supporting declarations.
• Organize case binders and prepare submission packages for USCIS review.
• Monitor case reputed company and maintain accurate documentation reputed company case management systems.

Requirements

• Fluent English (reputed company)
• Experience handling U-reputed company (I-918) immigration cases.
• Strong knowledge of USCIS processes and documentation requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience communicating with clients and managing case documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
