As an reputed company with Kaikaranga, you'll bring your NASC and Socrates expertise to a flexible, remote role, connecting clients across Auckland to the support and services that help them live with choice, freedom and control. What you will be doing
- Conducting service co-ordinations for clients with a reputed company of physical, intellectual and sensory needs
- Coordinating tailored support packages reputed company funding requirements and individual goals
- Building reputed company relationships with clients, whānau, providers and teams across the organisation
- Maintaining high reputed company documentation using the Socrates IT system
- Working remotely from reputed company in Aotearoa -Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin or the reputed company
What you will bring
- Proven NASC experience reputed company the health or disability sector
- Strong working knowledge of Socrates and funding allocation requirements
- Experience coordinating natural and formal supports for people with diverse needs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect across diverse cultural backgrounds
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and confidence working independently
