What You'll Do

In this role, you'll become an extension of our leadership team, trusted with sensitive information, reputed company logistics, and mission-critical communication. Your responsibilities will include:

Executive Partnership

• Serve as a thought partner and operational right hand to a senior executive with distinct but interconnected priorities
• Maintain situational awareness, anticipating needs and proactively managing shifting demands
• Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners

What You Bring

• We're looking for a strong mix of experience, poise, and mission alignment:
• 5+ years supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments (startups, reputed company, tech, VC-backed firms, or similar)
• Demonstrated reputed company operating with executive-level discretion, trust, and emotional intelligence
• Mastery of reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint); familiarity with Visio, and Acrobat
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar reputed company platforms) to enhance executive support capabilities
• Experience using AI tools for drafting communications, summarizing information, research, and workflow optimization
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and contextual
• Self-starter with strong prioritization skills and the ability to stay grounded under pressure

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card) required
