We are looking for a reputed company who thrives in a fast-paced reputed company reputed company estate environment. This individual will conduct reputed company steps of the closing process, from commitment review to issuing the final policy, for single site and high-liability multi-site reputed company reputed company estate transactions across the reputed company. A strong customer service acumen, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork are key skills for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Support our Title Agents with reputed company reputed company estate transactions by assisting with title commitment reviews, ordering title and tax updates, obtaining title reputed company reputed company, assembling recording and transfer tax information, and quoting premiums
• Create and maintain files, records, and reports
• Review Buyer, Seller, and Lender transaction documents and instructions for closings
• Responsible for reviewing surveys and other due diligence items, answering exam inquiries, and obtaining reputed company approvals
• Prepare and revise title commitments and proformas title policies and endorsements
• Coordinate with escrow and recording departments to ensure a seamless transaction
• Issue final title policies and endorsements in accordance with Company reputed company guidelines

• May reputed company training or mentorship to less reputed company personnel
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• 5-8 years title industry experience (reputed company reputed company and multi-site experience preferred)
• High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Proficient in reputed company and MS Office (reputed company, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to quickly learn Company operating systems and new software applications and technologies (FAST experience preferred)
