We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Remote Travel Agent to join reputed company and help our clients plan their reputed company cruise vacations.Job reputed company:As a Remote Travel Agent focusing on cruise travel, you will be responsible for creating customized cruise itineraries, providing quotations, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will reputed company your expertise in cruise travel to advise clients, handle bookings, and ensure a seamless travel experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities- reputed company Consultation - Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget to recommend suitable cruise reputed company. Itinerary Building-Design and customize cruise itineraries that include reputed company- and post-cruise arrangements, shore excursions, and other travel components.
- Quotation & Booking-reputed company accurate quotations and manage the booking process, including securing reservations, processing payments, and confirming travel details.
- Customer Service-Offer exceptional customer service by addressing reputed company inquiries, resolving issues, and providing reputed company updates and support throughout the travel process.
- Vendor Relations-Establish and maintain relationships with cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to secure the best deals and exclusive offers for clients.
- Documentation-Ensure reputed company travel documents, including tickets, itineraries, and insurance, are accurately reputed company and delivered to clients.
- Market Research-Stay informed about the latest trends, promotions, and developments in the cruise industry to reputed company up-to-date advice and recommendations.
- Sales & Upselling-Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as travel insurance, excursions, and special packages to enhance the reputed company’s travel experience.
- Administrative Tasks-Maintain organized records of reputed company interactions, bookings, and transactions using our CRM system.
- Experience-Minimum of 2 years experience as a travel agent, with a reputed company on cruise travel preferred.
- Customer Service Skills-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven reputed company record of providing outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge-In-depth knowledge of various cruise lines, reputed company, and travel products.
- Tech-Savvy-Proficiency in using travel booking software, CRM systems, and online research tools.
- Detail-Oriented-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple bookings and reputed company requests reputed company.
- Problem-Solving-Ability to handle and resolve reputed company issues and emergencies with a reputed company and reputed company demeanor.
