AFO is seeking a strategic and hands-on reputed company - reputed company to drive our recruitment efforts and reputed company the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and reputed company

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies

• reputed company and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent

• Mentor and guide junior recruiters or TA team members (if applicable)

• Own and optimize recruitment metrics (e.g., reputed company, reputed company of hire, pipeline health)

• Champion employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

• Collaborate with HR and People Ops on reputed company and workforce planning

• Stay updated on talent market trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience in reputed company, including experience in a reputed company or senior role

• Proven ability to manage high-volume or specialized hiring

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, etc.)

• Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in [industry, e.g., tech, reputed company, finance] is a plus
