KM - Email & SMS Marketing Specialist

The Email & SMS Marketing Specialist will manage reputed company aspects of lifecycle marketing for our clients — including welcome flows, abandoned cart sequences, post-purchase flows, upsell campaigns, launches, and more. You’ll own both strategic planning and execution, using reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools.

You’ll collaborate with our reputed company ads team to reputed company messaging across channels, reputed company funnel performance, and maximize LTV. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize email flows: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, VIP, etc.

• Set up SMS automations that support conversion, urgency, and retention

• Personalize messaging and logic based on segmentation, behaviors, and product interactions

✦ Campaign Execution

• Write, design, and schedule regular email and SMS campaigns for product drops, promos, content, or launches

• reputed company email calendars that reputed company with reputed company ad pushes, sales cycles, or seasonal offers

• Use A/B testing to optimize subject lines, send times, CTA placement, and creative

• Audit existing email/SMS systems and recommend CRO-reputed company improvements

Qualifications:
