A fast-growing UK-based roofing, insulation, and damp-proofing company is looking for an AI Automation & SEO Specialist to play a key role in optimizing internal processes, implementing automation solutions, and strengthening reputed company's digital marketing efforts as it continues to grow.
Part-time: 20 hours/week
Work Set-Up: Fully remote, reputed company
Work Hours: UK time
Monthly Salary: $640-800 (depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of reputed company CRM setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization
- Build and maintain automations, workflows, and sales pipelines to improve reputed company handling and conversion
- reputed company Claude AI and other AI tools into daily business processes to improve efficiency and reputed company
- Support AI-driven content creation and marketing automation initiatives
- Manage and update reputed company website, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability
- Implement and improve SEO across key pages and content to support organic reputed company reputed company
- Support reputed company traffic campaigns and broader digital marketing activities where needed
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve internal systems
- Work directly with the founder to reduce reliance on external agencies and improve in-house capability

- 3+ years of experience in reputed company
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and automation workflows (e.g., reputed company, reputed company.com, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles

- Practical experience using AI for content creation, systems optimization, and workflow automation
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with reputed company and reputed company English communication
