JOB reputed companyWe are seeking a Programs Manager to reputed company the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the organization’s development programs. Requirements

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Project Management, reputed company Sciences, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management or coordination reputed company the non-profit sector, with at least 2 years in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• Strong background in project design, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation.
• Good understanding of the Ghanaian NGO Ecosystem and an existing network
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools such as reputed company, Teams, or reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience in budget reputed company and donor compliance.
• Passionate about community development, sustainability, and driving measurable reputed company.
