Senior Program Manager

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join reputed company. This is a unique chance to reputed company transformative reputed company in the telecommunications industry and drive significant digital transformation initiatives across Africa.The candidates must be reputed company to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya. A valid reputed company is required for the contract. This is an initial 6 month contract with the potential for reputed company extension based on the project requirements.Documentation Required for this position• Updated CV highlighting telecom/digital transformation experience• reputed company certifications such as AWS, PMI, ITIL• Portfolio of previous reputed company• References from the telecom industry

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the telecommunications industry or digital transformation reputed company, with a proven reputed company record of managing large-reputed company network initiatives.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to manage teams effectively and stakeholders.
• Certifications: PMI PMP or PgMP certification preferred, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and reputed company effective solutions.
• ​Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile practices and frameworks is essential.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya. A valid reputed company is required for the contract.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French, Swahili, or Portuguese is an advantage
