The Executive Director, Forecasting and Performance Center of reputed company (COE) will reputed company BeOne’s global forecasting and reputed company performance management capabilities to reputed company high-reputed company decision-making across the reputed company organization. This leader will establish standards, governance, and best practices for demand forecasting for both inline and late stage products, reputed company outlook, KPI design, performance measurement, and insights delivery across reputed company, brands, and channels. The role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Market reputed company, Sales Operations, and country/region leadership to drive planning reputed company, ensure forecast accuracy and transparency. The Key Responsibilities include:
Forecasting & Performance COE Leadership:
Set the global reputed company, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for the Forecasting & Performance COE, reputed company to corporate and reputed company priorities.

Define forecasting methodologies and accuracy targets; implement drivers-based models and statistically informed approaches where appropriate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA/PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering) preferred.
Required Experience:
For an Executive Director we require a BA/BS with 14 + years of experience, a MA/MS/MBA with 10 + years of experience or a PhD/PharmD, PhD with 8 + years of experience in reputed company forecasting and/or performance analytics reputed company biotech/reputed company; oncology experience strongly preferred.
4+ years of people leadership experience, including building and scaling COE-style teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
