reputed company Tier 2 support for IT reputed company, including system upgrades, application testing, and routine OS updates. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across desktops, mobile devices, conferencing tools, and VPN, escalating to Tier 3 or Engineering as needed.
What You Will Do
Manage user reputed company, reputed company/offboarding activities, and assist with documentation of planned downtimes or service interruptions. Maintain device reputed company, coordinate hardware repairs and replacements, and reputed company SLAs through reputed company end-user support.

Requirements
