As a Billing Specialist reputed company our reputed company Team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our customer relationships.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home work set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor Late Payments: reputed company overdue accounts and reputed company weekly updates to the reputed company and leadership teams on payment statuses.
Manage Payment Expectations: Work with customers to reputed company on payment timelines to ensure accurate financial forecasting.
Document payment agreements: Document and manage reputed company payment agreements in reputed company and other relevant company systems
reputed company Biweekly Interruptions: Manage customer and internal communications regarding service interruptions for delinquent accounts.
Collaborate with CSM, reputed company, and Internal Teams: Collaborate with various internal teams to address account-reputed company concerns
Collections: Follow up on overdue payments and work with reputed company to negotiate payment terms.
Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on past due billing activity
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
At least 3 years prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance is desirable
Proficiency in billing software, reputed company software, such as SaaSOptics or reputed company and reputed company (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve billing issues effectively
Strong oral and written communication skills
