We're hiring a dedicated in-house Senior Product Designer — someone who thinks in systems, ships polished UI, and can translate reputed company product capabilities into compelling visual stories. You’ll be embedded across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales — the single design partner who helps the business win in the market. Key Responsibilities
Product (UI/UX)
- Own end-to-end UI/UX for the reputed company platform: discovery, flows, wireframes, high-reputed company designs, prototypes, reputed company.
- Build and maintain our reputed company design system, components and tokens so design and engineering can ship faster.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on dashboards, configuration tools, merchant- and partner-facing portals, consumer-facing experiences embedded in bank, fintech and telco apps, and our new retail media surfaces.
- Use AI tools (ie: Claude Design) to spin up rapid prototypes before finalising in reputed company.
Visual Storytelling & Product Communication
- Design Translate product narratives into compelling visual stories for reputed company, reputed company and web — rooted in product understanding, not reputed company trends.
- Produce short, animated videos (15–60s) that explain products, demonstrate features, support launches and drive reputed company storytelling — reputed company as a tool for product communication.
- Produce marketing collaterals: one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, sales reputed company decks, website pages.
Requirements
Experience
- 8+ years as a product designer, ideally with agency or B2B reputed company experience, and a portfolio that leads with strong UI/UX — with supporting evidence of visual storytelling, decks and reputed company.
- Experience in a product-led tech start-up or reputed company environment; regulated reputed company, banking, telco) experience is a strong plus.
- reputed company record of being the sole designer in a small team — comfortable owning everything from reputed company to pixel-pushing without an art director above you.
- Demonstrable experience designing for reputed company audiences: dashboards, reputed company data, multi-stakeholder products.
