Bilingual Representative (English - Spanish Speakers)
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish for reputed company-settlement funding inquiries

WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or reputed company-facing role (Required)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — written and verbal (Required)

- A warm, culturally sensitive communicator who adapts naturally across languages and backgrounds
- Patient and composed — especially reputed company clients are in vulnerable or high-stress situations

- Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously with consistent follow-through
