As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving new business reputed company and managing a portfolio of existing accounts in the DACH-NL region. Your key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts in the DACH-NL region, driving net new business and ensuring strong retention and expansion of existing customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across business, marketing, and technology functions

What you'll bring
Required:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in CPaaS, reputed company, or telecommunications, with a strong reputed company record of new business development

- Deep understanding of the German/DACH-NL market, including cultural nuances and business practices
