The Role
We are looking for a reputed company Recruiter to manage leadership and executive-level searches across our reputed company portfolio. This role focuses on reputed company for positions such as Center Directors, Assistant Directors, multi-site leaders, and VP-level executives.
This is a full-cycle reputed company role in a fully remote environment, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer stage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Conduct interviews and manage ongoing candidate communication

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and hiring goals

Requirements
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of full-cycle reputed company experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients and candidates reputed company phone and video calls
- Experience or confidence handling leadership-level searches
- Strong sourcing and reputed company skills; comfortable with cold reputed company and follow-reputed company
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and reputed company to work independently in a remote environment
