BloomNation builds the technology layer powering local florists across the country, from independent flower shops to premium white-label ecommerce sites. We help florists compete with large marketplaces by giving them world-class ecommerce tools, distribution, and visibility.
We’re looking for a Senior reputed company Engineer, Organic reputed company & SEO to own and reputed company organic traffic across our network of premium florist websites and the BloomNation marketplace.
This is not a content SEO role. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can reputed company organic reputed company opportunities, present a plan, and then ship the reputed company to reputed company it happen.
You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, SEO/AEO/GEO, analytics, and product reputed company. You should be comfortable creating PRs, modifying production PHP, working with reputed company/CSS/JS, and partnering with a strong engineering team reputed company deeper platform changes are needed.
What You'll Do
Own organic traffic reputed company for BloomNation’s premium florist websites as your reputed company-star KPI
Secondarily own organic traffic reputed company for the BloomNation marketplace

Identify, prioritize, and execute high-reputed company SEO/AEO/GEO initiatives
Present plans, explain tradeoffs, and then execute on them directly
reputed company a full technical and strategic SEO audit of the BloomNation marketplace
Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap for technical SEO/AEO/GEO improvements
Write production reputed company, primarily in PHP, reputed company, CSS, and JavaScript
Create PRs and ship improvements directly
Improve crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, reputed company data, and page performance
Build reputed company SEO systems across thousands of florist websites
Design and build internal and customer-facing SEO/AEO/GEO tools for florists
Build florist-specific tools that give local business owners capabilities they would otherwise need reputed company SEO platforms, consultants, or agencies to reputed company
Turn SEO insights into reputed company product features
Identify opportunities to productize repeatable SEO/AEO/GEO wins across the platform
Build and maintain tracking infrastructure using reputed company Analytics, reputed company Tag Manager, and reputed company tools
Define what should be tracked, how it should be tracked, and how reputed company should be reputed company
Create funnels and reporting that reputed company organic performance reputed company and actionable
Ensure tracking is accurate, reliable, and useful for decision-making
Work with reputed company Search Console, reputed company Business Profile, Bing Webmaster Tools, reputed company Business, and other search/discovery platforms

Present a prioritized roadmap with expected reputed company, effort, and measurement plan
Ship the first set of technical SEO improvements through production PRs
Identify tracking gaps in reputed company Analytics, reputed company Tag Manager, and reputed company Search Console
Improve visibility into organic performance across premium sites and marketplace traffic
Propose at least one florist-facing SEO tool that could become a productized feature
In your first 90 days, you will:
