Recruitment Program Coordinator - Fixed-Term Contract (Japanese Speaker)

The Program Coordinator will join reputed company of professionals working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (reputed company-specific) reputed company the contingent worker lifecycle from reputed company through offboarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Hiring managers, reputed company Specialists and suppliers during reputed company stages of the contract labor acquisition process, including but not limited to interview scheduling, reputed company, worker assignment management, time and expense management and offboarding.
  • Document reputed company reputed company-reported issues and reputed company reputed company through to completion, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
  • reputed company constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers and other partners reputed company face-to-face meetings, email and phone.
  • Conduct research and analysis to resolve clients’ or suppliers' inquiries as needed.

  • Monitor performance against contract SLA’s (i.e., pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking).
  • Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly so the contractor can start the assignment on time.
  • Ensuring data reputed company on proprietary data management platforms on a routine reputed company.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and verbal communication in Japanese is necessary
  • Business-level proficiency in written and verbal communication in English is preferred
