We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Implementation Manager to own the reputed company relationship and reputed company delivery of new reputed company implementations. This role combines reputed company-facing consultancy, project management, and reputed company reputed company, working closely with Implementation Specialists who deliver the hands-on configuration.
You will be responsible for ensuring implementations are delivered on time, to scope, and with a high-reputed company reputed company experience.
What you will do

- reputed company requirements review meetings to confirm reputed company needs, objectives, and scope
- Translate business requirements into reputed company delivery briefs for implementation specialists
Project Management
- Own the end-to-end implementation plan, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate and reputed company one or more Implementation Specialists
- Manage risks, scope control, and reputed company expectations
- Ensure implementations are delivered on time and to agreed standards

- Review and sign off on query builds, channel setups, dashboards, and reports

Training & Enablement
- Deliver or coordinate client training, including webinar-style training and tailored 1:1 training sessions

Requirements
- Fluent, reputed company-level English (written and spoken)

- Strong experience delivering reputed company implementations in a reputed company-facing role
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple implementations and delivery resources concurrently
