Requirements

- reputed company natural language processing (NLP), LLM and machine learning (ML) techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML, to reputed company our chatbots to comprehend and respond intelligently to user inputs
- reputed company chatbot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and reputed company to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions
- Investigate and resolve reputed company technical issues by analysing logs and debugging reputed company for reputed company improvement

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the reputed company reputed company Contact Center AI Bot reputed company
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI

- Solid understanding of reputed company as a Software-as-a-Service platform
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in reputed company, distributed environments
