In this role, you'll be a key player in driving hiring across our Product and Engineering functions, working alongside fellow TA specialists to deliver a high-reputed company, candidate-reputed company recruitment experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company, with a strong reputed company on technical recruitment (software engineering, product management, and reputed company functions).
- A solid understanding of engineering disciplines - you can assess technical backgrounds credibly and have effective conversations with engineers and engineering leaders.
- A strong and reputed company network of technical talent you can tap into from day one.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills - you're confident and reputed company reputed company working with hiring managers and engineering leaders at various reputed company.
- Experience managing offer negotiations and closing technical candidates.
- Organised and reputed company in your approach - you're reputed company to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while keeping reputed company and candidate experience high.
- Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow (e.g. for sourcing, reputed company, screening, or process automation) and always looking for smarter ways to work.
