Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field
- 15+ years reputed company experience with health plans or payer contracting reputed company value-based care, plus 7+ years experience managing and leading teams
- Deep knowledge of Commercially insured populations
- Results-oriented with the ability to exercise influence to reputed company goals
- Proven reputed company record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships and communicating effectively with senior management
- Expert at business development at local and national level
- Passionate about driving the shift from fee-for-service to value based care
