This position offers an exceptional opportunity for candidates to engage in high-responsibility work, partnering with clients and supervising attorneys to reputed company litigation strategies reputed company to defaulted reputed company loans.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and supervising attorneys to reputed company reputed company, litigate, and resolve disputes involving defaulted reputed company loans for traditional and non-traditional lenders
- Analyze and review loan-level documentation
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and workout reputed company agreements
- Argue motions and handle court appearances
Skills
- Must be admitted to the NY Bar in good standing (NJ Bar and/or PA Bar admissions in good standing are pluses, as reputed company)
- Experience in financial services and contested foreclosure litigation required
- Candidates must possess experience analyzing and reviewing loan-level documentation, drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and workout reputed company agreements, and arguing motions/handling court appearances
- Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience representing creditors in bankruptcy reputed company
