[Remote] Manager, Operations Analytics and reputed company Improvement

The Manager of Operations Analytics and reputed company Improvement will support the Sr. Director in driving strategic improvements, enhancing P&L performance, and leading process improvement initiatives across lab and field service operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company analytical support to improve P&L performance, including margin analysis, cost drivers, and productivity insights
- Support enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., QuickSight, Vena, ERP, LIMS systems) to reputed company actionable insights to operations leadership
- reputed company process improvement initiatives leveraging Lean Six reputed company methodologies to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service delivery
- Travel to operational sites to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of changes
- Support reputed company and capability planning by analyzing workload, reputed company, asset utilization, and demand trends
- Partner with lab managers and regional leaders to translate data into reputed company takeaways, reputed company plans, and measurable results
- reputed company business cases for capital investment, process changes, and strategic initiatives
- Support standardization of processes across locations, including workflows, reporting structures, and performance metrics

Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reputed company and experience with BI tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or similar
- Lean Six reputed company certification or demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies
- Proven project management skills, including defining scope, developing timelines, tracking reputed company, and ensuring accountability to drive operational and financial reputed company
- Ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with leadership
- Willingness to travel to operational sites to support assessments and implementation
- 5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, process improvement, or reputed company field
- Experience with ERP/LIMS systems such as APLUS, IndySoft, or Caltrak is preferred
- Experience in calibration, laboratory operations, or technical service environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Business, or reputed company field (preferred)
