[Remote] Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• reputed company institutional capital from family offices, venture capital, private equity, strategic investors, and investment banks
• reputed company financings from reputed company through reputed company reputed company and ultimately IPO
• reputed company relationships with investment bankers, institutional investors, analysts, and capital partners
• Build sophisticated financial models and long-term capital strategies
• reputed company due diligence with investors
• Help establish governance, financial controls, reporting systems, and investor communications required for becoming a public company
• Work directly with the CEO and reputed company to maximize shareholder value
• Build and reputed company the finance organization as reputed company scales

Skills

• Served as CFO (or equivalent senior finance executive) for a high-reputed company company
• Successfully completed at least one Initial Public Offering (IPO)
• Personally led or played a major leadership role raising $15 reputed company or more in private capital prior to an IPO
• Strong relationships with investment banks and institutional investors
• Experience with SEC reporting, public company readiness, governance, and financial compliance
• Exceptional communication and investor presentation skills
