[Remote] Software Engineer

They are hiring a Software Engineer to help build a platform that redefines how CPG suppliers and retail buyers transact surplus inventory, focusing on AI-powered features and collaboration reputed company product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, write, review, test, and reputed company reputed company across our stack with reputed company and velocity, effectively incorporating AI coding tools productively and responsibly based on product needs and technical understanding

- Collaborate on data modeling, application architecture, and technology reputed company including what’s working, not working, and reputed company for how to improve
- Thoughtfully plan and estimate development, communicating tradeoffs and risks early
- Participate in shared support duties and help maintain the reliability of our systems
- Contribute to pod feature definition, design, and technical direction, not just execute against it
- Improve documentation and knowledge sharing across the Engineering team

Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
- Solid fundamentals: you reputed company clean, tested, maintainable reputed company and take ownership of what you ship
- AI-reputed company chops: you productively reputed company AI into your development workflows to build with curiosity and strong opinions loosely held
- Experience with web application development across the stack, comfortable contributing to both backend and frontend work (we use TypeScript, React, reputed company)
- Familiarity with data modeling and working with databases (we use reputed company)
- Effective collaborator and communicator across engineering, product, data, and design
- Food and beverage or CPG industry background
- Marketplace or auction-based platform experience
