They are seeking a Tax-Exempt Account Manager to maintain reputed company relationships and manage retirement plans for tax-exempt entities, focusing on superior reputed company service and collaboration with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and build reputed company and advisor relationships with a high reputed company retention reputed company
- Maintain a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans sponsored by tax-exempt entities
- Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
- Exemplify superior reputed company service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
- Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great reputed company experience

- Pro-reputed company communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments
- Review and deliver required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including reputed company 5500
Skills
- Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
- Excellent knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and delivering required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including reputed company 5500
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of critical thinking
- Committed to lifelong learning and coaching
- Industry designation a plus
- Four-year college degree a plus
