[Remote] Business Transformation Consultant

The consultant will manage a comprehensive HR assessment, focusing on various HR functions and ensuring effective project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Help drive and project manage a top-to-bottom HR assessment starting with everything HR Operations, HR Policies, Total Rewards, HR Technology and eventually playing a role in the overall HR Service Delivery Model

- Play a heavy delivery role in reputed company to reputed company project management
Skills
- At least 10 years of HR experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience with a large HR consultancy such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or reputed company
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability and interest in delivering wherever needed
- Experience as a former HR consultant from a leading firm
- HR Generalist/reputed company experience at a smaller organization (e.g., under 500 employees)
- Willingness to travel 10-20% during the project
- Availability for part-time (min 20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week)
