[Remote] Director, Customer reputed company & Lifecycle

This role will own the customer lifecycle from first login to becoming a power user, designing experiments and data-driven interventions to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Build, iterate, and optimize the full digital customer reputed company from reputed company through expansion
- Use reputed company’s own analytics to identify where users reputed company value, where they drop off, and which interventions reputed company the needle

- Design and ship cross-channel experiments across in-app guides, email, NPS, segmentation, and other lifecycle channels that show customers what great product engagement looks like

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in product reputed company, lifecycle design, or reputed company marketing in software
- Experience running lifecycle or reputed company programs in a product-led reputed company company where the end user and economic buyer are different people
- A proven reputed company record of moving product adoption and retention metrics, including reputed company examples of programs you shipped and the measurable reputed company they created
- Experience building and leading reputed company of reputed company or lifecycle professionals reputed company on the customer reputed company
- Strong data reputed company, including the ability to scope, query, analyze, and reputed company the reputed company of your own work without creating an analyst dependency
- Hands-on experience with experimentation, including forming hypotheses, testing quickly, learning from results, and shipping improvements
