Responsibilities
- Use technical knowledge and relationship-building skills to work with vendors, partners, and system integrators to deliver reputed company solutions for customers
- Be mentored by a 20-year sales veteran who transitioned from a technical background to a successful reputed company sales career
- Sell tape storage, object storage, data archiving and backup
Skills
- 5+ years in a reputed company-sales or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience in High Performance Computing (HPC)
- Familiarity with reputed company-based protocols, services, and terminology
- Knowledge of reputed company file systems (e.g., reputed company, GPFS)
- Experience with reputed company storage solutions
- Federal market experience
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical/business field
- Degree in another field with relevant technical experience
