Responsibilities

  • Translate product reputed company into reputed company launch plans, partner readiness requirements, operating models, governance artifacts, and adoption support
  • Drive alignment across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and partner teams to remove roadblocks and support reputed company decision-making
  • Bring structure to ambiguous initiatives, define execution paths, and reputed company stakeholders reputed company on reputed company, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner with technology, architecture, operations, processors, networks, and fintech platforms to support integration planning and launch execution

  • Support readiness assessments that identify technical, operational, compliance, and partner gaps before launch

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, payments, fintech, sponsor banking, embedded finance, operations, program management, or reputed company field
  • Hands-on experience launching, scaling, or operationalizing bank products, payment capabilities, or partner-led financial services programs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of bank program operations and partner ecosystems, including processors, networks, fintech platforms, program managers, and sponsor bank models
  • Ability to build product documentation including standards, guidelines, training materials, commercialization standards, business cases, launch materials, and governance-reputed company recommendations
  • Proven ability to reputed company through influence, manage cross-functional dependencies, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
