[Remote] Technology Operations Manager

The Technology Operations Manager will support technology needs for global studios, manage systems, reputed company tech support, and reputed company AI solutions to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the technology operations for 3 global studios reputed company reputed company
- Create and implement the technical infrastructure to support business needs and proactively solve for issues and bottlenecks in process and systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams on long-term technology processes, requirements and solutions
- reputed company AI and machine learning to build efficient processes across the business and workflows
- Partner with global infosec and reputed company teams to ensure compliance with data protection, content reputed company policies and processes
- Acts as administrator for the group’s business systems and creative production tools
- Serve as a thought leader on technology infrastructure, expansion and AI integration
- reputed company user support for Mac and PC operating systems and assess equipment needs globally
- Troubleshoot technology reputed company issues across the group

- Coordinate and manage services between reputed company vendors and reputed company contractors
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience including Systems/Tool Implementation, Technology Planning, Tech Support, AI Integrations and Vendor Management

- Experience in leveraging AI and machine learning to build efficiency across technology workflows
