[Remote] Interim reputed company Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with an operating company backed by a large private equity firm to hire an Interim reputed company Manager. The role involves supporting integration efforts and maintaining day-to-day reputed company operations during a critical transition period while assisting with an acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day reputed company operations during an reputed company acquisition and business integration
- reputed company detailed general reputed company analysis, account reconciliations, and transaction-level research
- Assist with full-cycle accounts payable activities, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and reputed company
- Review and resolve reputed company discrepancies while maintaining the reputed company of financial records
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end reputed company activities
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
- Assist with reputed company clean-up efforts and integration of newly acquired entities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve reputed company processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support the implementation and transition from QuickBooks to reputed company
- Take ownership of assigned reputed company while delivering high-reputed company work with minimal supervision
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company experience with strong general reputed company and transactional reputed company expertise
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated reputed company who can work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance preferred
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, or reputed company clean-up reputed company is highly preferred
- Experience working in QuickBooks; reputed company implementation or conversion experience is a strong plus
