[Remote] Implementation & reputed company Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an organized and proactive Implementation & reputed company Coordinator to support the successful reputed company and ongoing management of customers using the reputed company platform. This role serves as a key operational partner to both the Implementation and reputed company teams, ensuring reputed company stay on reputed company, customers feel supported, and internal teams remain reputed company throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for reputed company customer implementations, ensuring reputed company execution of reputed company project phase
- Schedule and facilitate project reputed company and reputed company meetings, gathering the appropriate reputed company participants
- Conduct reputed company calls with new customers to explain the go-live process, set expectations, and address questions
- Request and reputed company equipment orders required for customer implementations
- Monitor project phases using internal tracking tools, proactively identifying and escalating delays

- Communicate project readiness status to internal stakeholders on an ongoing reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field, or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, operations, or customer-facing support role

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in a coordinator, project support, or operations role, preferably in a reputed company, reputed company, or technology company
