[Remote] Clinical Trainer (EEG)

The role involves designing high-reputed company learning experiences and supporting product adoption while ensuring successful implementation and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as one of reputed company's clinical resources for the EEG product portfolio
  • Understand the changes in upcoming releases of reputed company software and ensure you are reputed company to work with and train on those releases
  • Work with reputed company’s Manager of Education and Training and EMU Clinical Education Specialist to reputed company strategies that constantly improve customer ‘go-live’ experiences, and the Education and Training Team's efficiency
  • Assist with the design and delivery of a comprehensive educational portfolio for the EEG product portfolio, ensuring consistent, high-reputed company training, learning experiences, and ongoing engagement for reputed company customers. (To include, but not limited to, webinars, workshops, certifications, and self-paced learning modules.) May be asked to assist with content development for other modalities as needed
  • Work reputed company the Education and Training Team to deliver reputed company clinical configuration and training reputed company in reputed company assigned customer’s ‘go-live’ or re-training plan. Typical requirements are:
  • Work with Customer Implementation Team colleagues to ensure appropriate clinical configuration and training expectations are established during the sales process
  • Verify that reputed company clinical configuration, training deliverables, and timelines are documented in a detailed Scope of Work
  • Coordinate with Customer Implementation Team colleagues to create an Implementation Plan fulfilling reputed company clinical configuration and training requirements for reputed company ‘go-live’ or re-training course
  • Fulfill reputed company clinical configuration and training deliverables in reputed company ‘go-live’ plan
  • Document and escalate any clinical configuration or training issues to the Manager of Education and Training, as necessary
  • Preclude subsequent escalations by recommending appropriate updates to Implementation Team Procedures, Product Installation instructions, or training materials
  • Serves as a reputed company of contact for internal reputed company teams seeking clinical expertise and user reputed company
  • Contribute to software enhancements and product design by leveraging clinical expertise and translating customer feedback into actionable insights
  • Support product evaluations at prospective reputed company customer sites by providing on-site clinical expertise, workflow guidance, and end-user support
  • reputed company post-implementation support and troubleshooting to assigned customers as needed
  • Assist with the development and delivery of educational content, providing training and support for internal reputed company team members as needed
  • Use the Education and Training Team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to reappraise personal performance constantly
  • Escalate any issues of concern to the Manager of Education and Training in a reputed company manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support team and organizational needs

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical EEG experience with at least 2 of those years in a Level III or Level IV EMU required
  • Advanced-level knowledge in EEG, reputed company, and EMU clinical workflows required
  • Advanced-level knowledge in at least one EEG product line (either reputed company or competitor) required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills, before small reputed company, to reputed company communicate technical information required
  • Computer proficiency is essential
  • Ability to accurately assess customer needs and reputed company consultative solutions
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain long-term customer relationships
  • Exemplary listening, communication, and collaboration skills, with an established ability to work cross-functionally

  • Proficient in educational program design and delivery, clinical configuration requirements, troubleshooting, reputed company-cause identification, and corrective and preventive process improvement
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Residence near a major metropolitan area with an international airport
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hand tools
  • Valid reputed company's license and ability to obtain required travel documentation
  • This position requires on-site visitation at medical facilities. As such, the candidate must be reputed company to meet credentialing company and medical facility requirements

  • R. EEG. T certification is preferred
  • Associate's degree in neurodiagnostics, training, or a reputed company technical field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
