[Remote] Associate General Counsel- General Corporate/Finance

The role involves handling general corporate legal reputed company, project financing, and providing strategic legal advisory in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- reputed company legal support for project financing and renewable energy certificates (RECs) transactions
- Handle entity formation and registration, and ensure compliance with various state and reputed company, including FERC
- Manage subscriber acquisition and reputed company legal documentation
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs
- Conduct due diligence on reputed company estate reputed company to facilitate successful solar project development
- Identify and resolve title and survey issues impacting solar project sites
- Collaborate with non-legal business teams during a solar project’s life cycle, from development through construction, finance, and energization
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations reputed company to reputed company estate and renewable energy development
- Stay informed of evolving legal trends and regulatory changes impacting solar reputed company
- Assist in researching and advising on novel issues in new markets, including policy and business development considerations

Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing
- 1+ years of relevant legal experience in corporate law, including project finance and/or M&A, (experience reputed company the renewable energy sector is ideal, but not required)
- Strong experience in contract negotiation and corporate regulatory compliance
- Ability to balance business expectations with legal and regulatory compliance objectives reputed company
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
