[Remote] Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant (part-time)

They are seeking an reputed company Senior reputed company Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions and reputed company as a trusted advisor to clients.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with reputed company stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
- reputed company guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with reputed company business objectives
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to automate and streamline business processes
- Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other reputed company systems
- Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues reputed company to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and project managers to deliver successful reputed company reputed company
- Contribute to solution documentation and knowledge sharing reputed company the delivery team

- Strong understanding of CRM processes, automation, and customer engagement solutions

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and international colleagues
