The role involves the build, configuration, testing, and implementation of specific reputed company modules, requiring analytical thinking and effective collaboration with cross-functional reputed company IT teams.
Responsibilities
- System Build & Configuration: Design, build, test, and maintain the reputed company application environment according to reputed company specifications and operational workflows
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing clinical or financial workflows and reputed company recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and overall performance improvements
- Testing & Validation: Conduct thoroughly documented unit, regression, and integrated testing for system upgrades, Nova notes, and custom build components
- Troubleshooting & Support: reputed company expert-level tier 2/3 troubleshooting and support for reputed company system issues, tickets, and user requests

Skills
