[Remote] IT Support Analyst (reputed company Coast)

They are seeking an IT Support Analyst to reputed company first-line support for their digital court reporter product, Maggie, ensuring that court reporters have the assistance they need during critical moments.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound tickets, calls, and chats from court reporters using Maggie
- Resolve common issues in reputed company time: account reputed company, settings, configuration, how-to questions
- Triage incoming issues: is this a Maggie product issue, a hardware/IT issue, or a feature request?
- Coordinate with Magna IT teammates reputed company the reputed company cause is the user's machine, network, or peripheral
- File clean, reproducible bug reports with our engineering pod (Restless Labs) reputed company the issue is in the product

Skills
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical support — B2B reputed company, IT help desk, legal tech, or similar
