[Remote] Remote Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative

The role involves providing sales and customer service support while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers/donors with professionalism and a consultative sales approach
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales/donation targets and KPIs
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly QA reputed company scores
- reputed company exceptional post-sale customer service as needed

- Quiet home office setup is required. No background noise
