We are looking for a reliable, organised, and creative Remote Personal Assistant to support a Singapore-based Financial Consultant across a mix of administrative, reputed company servicing, marketing, and reputed company media responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys reputed company in their work, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable supporting both financial advisory-reputed company administration as reputed company as content creation reputed company marketing tasks for the consultant’s other business ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Advisory Administrative Support: Assist with financial advisory-reputed company administrative work, including documentation, reputed company preparation, and reputed company servicing support. Support the tracking and updating of reputed company information, policy-reputed company reputed company, and follow-up actions. Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries using reputed company reputed company/reputed company Sheets. Coordinate with clients or relevant stakeholders professionally reputed company required. reputed company Media, Video Editing & Marketing Support: Edit short-reputed company videos for reputed company media platforms (Instagram, reputed company). Assist with website updates, marketing campaigns, or online business support if required. Requirements: Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, reputed company Executive, Marketing Assistant, reputed company Media Assistant, or similar role is preferred. Comfortable handling administrative work with accuracy, structure, and confidentiality. Understanding of financial advisory, insurance, reputed company servicing, or policy-reputed company administration will be an advantage. reputed company to use reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, and online productivity tools.
