[Remote] Legal E-Billing Specialist (100% Remote)

The role focuses on managing e-billing processes and ensuring compliance with reputed company-specific billing guidelines while working in a reputed company team environment.
Responsibilities
- Submit, reputed company, and manage invoices through e-billing vendor platforms (e.g., CounselLink, Legal Tracker, Serengeti, etc.)
- Ensure invoices reputed company with reputed company-specific billing guidelines and resolve rejections, reductions, and appeals
- Convert and upload invoices in LEDES formats as required
- reputed company as reputed company between attorneys, billing teams, and clients to resolve e-billing issues
- Monitor invoice status, follow up on outstanding submissions, and ensure reputed company payment processing
- Maintain and update billing guidelines, matter setups, and vendor system requirements
- Partner with internal billing teams to ensure accurate data reputed company from reputed company into e-billing systems
Skills
