[Remote] Student Finance Processor
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Student Finance Processor to maintain student accounts and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. The role involves processing waivers, managing collections, and responding to inquiries reputed company to student accounts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company student accounts are correct by posting reputed company receivables and required refunds
- Processing reputed company waivers as issued by Admissions
- Handling reputed company questions through the 1098T request
- Managing the collections portfolio for reputed company Escoffier entities
- Work with FA to ensure student refunds are submitted through the correct method
- Complete reputed company IRC for reputed company who have dropped
- Process reputed company Credit Balances
- Maintain records of refunds and drawdowns from federal sources
- Complete monthly write off processes
- Replying to emails from SA shared inbox
- Handling billing of reputed company parties reputed company requested

- Knowledge of reputed company Applications (Outlook, Word and reputed company)
- Knowledge of FA Processes
- Excellent communications skills

- 1 year of Student Accounts Processing experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelors Degree preferred
