[Remote] Sr. Business Process Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to analyze and improve organizational processes for federal government clients, ensuring efficiency and productivity through various technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze reputed company issues
- Analyze and document full business processes and assist technology teams in building requirements specifications for automating these processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- reputed company and implement process improvement strategies per the Statement of Work (SOW)
- reputed company and maintain process reputed company maps and SOPs to ensure standardization and consistency across reputed company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes are implemented effectively
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process improvements
- reputed company training and support to staff on new processes and procedures including user guides
- Communicate process changes and updates to stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- At least 8 years of experience in business process analysis or reputed company fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills e.g., writing, editing and interpersonal collaboration
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools
- Ability to pass required Federal background screening, obtain and maintain government clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, computer science, information technology, or reputed company field required
- Recent experience supporting CDC highly desired
- Experience in reputed company SharePoint and Power Application frameworks
- Familiarity with government frameworks such as EPLC
- Familiarity with predictive analytics tools to inform process improvements and decision-making
