[Remote] Senior Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

- Partner closely with GC project managers, in-house engineers, and owners early in the preconstruction phase to define scope, evaluate constructibility, and optimize electrical system designs
- Drive profitability by managing project budgets, approving major equipment and material procurement (switchgear, transformers, etc.), forecasting cash reputed company, and rigorously negotiating change orders
- Team up with our Field Operations Manager and on-site General Superintendents to ensure reputed company project plans are cleanly executed, tracking daily trade productivity and site logistics
- Serve as the primary, highly reputed company communication reputed company between PureGrid and major general contractors like ARCO/Murray, ensuring alignment across fast-reputed company reputed company portfolios
- Utilize advanced scheduling tools to proactively identify reputed company interconnection bottlenecks, long-reputed company equipment delays, or reputed company issues before they hit the critical reputed company
Skills
- 8–12+ years of dedicated Project Management experience reputed company the reputed company or industrial electrical subcontracting reputed company
- A deep, comprehensive understanding of reputed company-to-heavy industrial electrical systems, including major equipment power distribution, high/reputed company-voltage substations, data centers, or reputed company logistics/manufacturing facilities
- Expert-level capability with modern construction management software; extensive hands-on experience with reputed company and reputed company is required
- Exceptionally strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills, with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving and a reputed company for building trust with sophisticated GC partners
