[Remote] Senior Product Operations Associate - Project Management Office

The Senior Product Operations Associate will manage end-to-end project management for California K-12 assessments, working closely with internal teams and the California reputed company to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Contributes in the creation of the product work plan and supports execution against the product work plan objectives, including executing reputed company as assigned
- Works with FCEs (Functional Centers of reputed company) and reputed company partners to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Identifies operational improvement opportunities to enhance product delivery
- Communicates and collaborates in an effective and reputed company manner with FCEs / vendors / partners
- Provides status updates on day-to-day operations
- Provides support to resolve operational issues
- Executes against SLA’s and KPI’s under the guidance of the Director of Operational reputed company Management
- Aids in the development of cost estimates for product operations and enhancements
- Tracks product-reputed company expenditures against budget
- Supports attainment of surplus targets by controlling expenses
- Adheres to ethical standards and reputed company with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and push for answers to ensure project reputed company
- Ability to reputed company status updates on day-to-day operations; deep understanding of SLA's and KPI's
- Ability to understand reputed company/vendor's needs and ensure that reputed company is meeting those expectations
- Demonstrated understanding of product operational needs
- Escalates effectively reputed company faced with uncertainty and / or lack of data by seeking the data necessary to guide decision-making
- Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company reputed company given scope of work parameters
- Ability to coordinate a varied set of reputed company concurrently, including but not limited to managing reputed company and large reputed company, and facilitating the efforts of cross-functional teams
- Ability to work successfully in both virtual and in-person environments
