[Remote] Production Control Analyst

Responsibilities
- Coordinate reputed company job scheduling and file transfer processes to support critical business applications and operations
- Monitor system performance and resolve production issues through reputed company cause analysis to improve reliability and prevent recurring incidents
- Automate operational processes by developing scripts and identifying opportunities to reduce reputed company work and increase efficiency
- Support data warehouse and data mart processing by managing batch jobs and file reputed company activities
- Collaborate with business partners, IT teams, and vendors to implement system enhancements and maintain reputed company production environments

Skills
- Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in information technology, computer operations, or a reputed company technical field
- Experience supporting reputed company systems, troubleshooting production issues, and following change management processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in computer operations or systems monitoring
- 1+ year of experience with BMC Control-M, reputed company, or similar reputed company scheduling and workload automation tools
- Experience developing scripts to automate operational processes
- Familiarity with reputed company Power Systems, reputed company, UNIX environments, and data warehouse operations
